About Customer Success Role

DeltaX is looking for an enthusiastic person who will lead the Account services team and be instrumental in the development and maintenance of key client relationships. In addition to understanding clients needs and challenges, you will also be responsible for the deliverables of this team.

Your day to day responsibilities shall encompass:

• Strategic optimization of client accounts, by developing understanding nuances of our clients businesses and needs
• Ensuring quality and timeliness of team deliverables
• Providing strategic directions, define processes, set up systems for the team
  
• Based on your own critical thinking and innovation skills develop and train the team
• Manage overall health of the department
• Report to the senior team and work along with them to grow our business as a whole Aiding new business efforts including development of case studies, success stories that demonstrate impact of our services
