Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech. (Mechanical/ Metallurgy)
Experience: 4 to 7 Years

:
Testing & Laboratory:

• Manage the general activities in the laboratory; assure effective operation of equipment and availability of required supplies and maintain compliance with all policies and regulations;
  
• Authorize test reports as per client requirements;
• Create statistics and use common statistical methods to control and ensure the reliability of all test results;
• Provide knowledge and training of ISO/IEC 17025 for concerned employees;
• Prepare the management review for ISO/IEC 17025;
• Responsible for Internal Quality Audit and summarize the result for both ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025;
• Implement, maintain the quality standards as per ISO/IEC 17025 for inhouse laboratory
• Manage development, modification, verification and validation of methods
• Technical advice of testing/calibration to laboratory employees to ensure customer requirements are met;
  

Certification support:

• Ability to operate & handle materials and tools in a safe manner
• Organize, order, identify and record the rebar stock, and control the minimum stock

Get Hired
• Arrange the sleeves and components preparation and/or coordinate with planning and production in order to get them as planned
• Plan, delegate and supervise the tasks of samples preparation such as cutting rebars, bar end preparation, assembling the splices, and identification of samples
• Gather all necessary information/parameters of samples preparation and record them in the system.
• Write reports regarding sample preparation and investigations including root cause analysis
• Evaluate, calculate, analyze the test performance in accordance with regulations/codes, and propose strategies/plans for improvement;
• Investigate the product failure and propose the solution to solve the problem.
• To create drawings for new designed components
• Participate and coordinate with relevant departments in all company&aposs activities in order to improve product quality, productivity and meet the customer satisfaction.
