Job Description
Location: 100% Remote
Work Timings: 10am-2pm & 4.30-11:00pm IST
We are seeking an AI-First SEO & Claimant Acquisition Lead (Mass Torts) / SEO Lead to join our 100% remote growth team. In this execution-focused and high-ownership role, you will build and scale an organic acquisition engine designed to attract qualified claimants for active and emerging mass tort cases.
This is not a traditional SEO role focused on publishing blogs over 1218 months. You will leverage AI tools, modern SEO strategy, conversion-focused content, and LLM-era discovery behavior to drive measurable results in 23 months.
Your work will directly impact the number of qualified claimant leads generated through organic search, and you will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and performance marketing to build a scalable and defensible acquisition channel.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Mass Tort Keyword Intelligence
- Build and execute an SEO strategy focused on claimant acquisition for mass torts.
- Identify high-intent keyword clusters such as:
- Do I qualify for ___ lawsuit?
- ___ settlement amount
- ___ symptoms”
- “___ side effects”
- “___ lawsuit sign up”
- Prioritize keywords based on conversion intent, not just search volume.
AI-Powered Content Production & Scaling
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude + SEO tools) to scale content research, outlining, and production without sacrificing quality.
- Build repeatable workflows to produce high-quality pages at scale, including:
- tort landing pages
- qualification pages
- symptom/eligibility pages
- FAQ hubs
- Ensure content meets high standards of accuracy, clarity, and trust (especially for legal/medical topics).
Rapid Ranking & Modern SEO Execution
- Drive rankings faster using modern SEO approaches such as:
- topical authority hubs
- semantic SEO
- strong internal linking systems
- SERP-based content iteration
- Monitor ranking movement and optimize pages continuously based on real-time data.
LLM Visibility & “Search Beyond Google”
- Optimize content for changing user behavior, including discovery via:
- ChatGPT
- Perplexity
- Gemini
- AI Overviews in Google
- Create content that is structured, citation-friendly, and likely to be referenced by AI answer engines.
Conversion Optimization for Claimant Leads
- Work with product/engineering to improve conversion flows for organic traffic, including:
- short forms
- multi-step qualification funnels
- trust modules and credibility sections
- Improve conversion rates alongside rankings and traffic growth.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track and report on:
- organic traffic growth
- keyword rankings
- conversion rates
- qualified claimant lead volume
- Use tools like GA4, Search Console, and SEO platforms to generate insights and drive iteration.
Compliance, Trust & Brand Safety
- Ensure content and acquisition practices are aligned with compliance needs in legal marketing.
- Maintain high standards for accuracy and avoid misleading claims (especially around settlements, outcomes, medical conditions, etc.).
Qualifications and Skills
Experience
- 3–7+ years of SEO experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in:
- legal lead generation (US market focus is must)
- healthcare lead gen
- insurance lead gen
- other high-intent B2C performance SEO categories

- Proven ability to drive meaningful SEO results in under 3–6 months, not only long-term.
SEO & Content Expertise
- Strong understanding of:
- topical authority
- search intent mapping
- semantic SEO
- on-page SEO + content optimization
- technical SEO fundamentals (crawlability, indexing, CWV basics)
AI & Automation Mindset
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate SEO workflows (research, clustering, outlines, content iteration).
- Ability to use AI as a productivity multiplier while maintaining quality and trust.
Analytical Mindset
- Strong ability to interpret SEO and conversion metrics.
- Comfortable running experiments, A/B tests (where relevant), and iterative optimization.
Communication & Execution
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to create content that is persuasive, compliant, and designed to convert.
Domain Knowledge (Preferred)
- Familiarity with legal advertising constraints and trust-building in sensitive categories.
- Experience with US-targeted SEO is a strong plus.
Additional Requirements
- Remote position: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection (multiple providers preferred) and power backup.
- Willingness to be an individual contributor (IC) and take ownership of specific performance metrics is a must.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ship quickly.
