?? Streamline workforce processes, optimizing both efficiency & user experience.

???? Lead, mentor, and align teams to achieve goals and drive success in a fast-paced environment.

???? What Were Looking For:

• 8+ years of leadership experience in global workforce planning or operations management.
• Expertise in capacity planning, forecasting, and scheduling.
• Hands-on experience with WFM platforms (e.g., NICE IEX, Aspect, Teleopti, Verint).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to excel in time-sensitive,
