Demand Generation & Marketing Automation Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for a GenAI-enabled Demand Generation & Marketing Automation professional to drive MQL/SQL-focused campaigns and full-funnel ABM programs for a B2B IT organization. The role involves marketing automation, performance marketing, email campaigns, funnel analytics, and GenAI-driven marketing execution to deliver measurable pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute full-funnel ABM campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email, webinars, landing pages, and retargeting channels.
  • Drive lead generation programs focused on MQL to SQL conversion and pipeline acceleration.
  • Manage marketing automation workflows including lead capture, segmentation, scoring, nurturing, routing, and lifecycle tracking.
  • Integrate MAP, CRM, analytics, and ad platforms while ensuring data accuracy and workflow automation.
  • Use GenAI tools and prompt engineering for personalized marketing content, campaign assets, and reporting.
  • Run email marketing campaigns with segmentation, A/B testing, nurture journeys, and performance optimization.
  • Manage LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, retargeting campaigns, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
  • Build dashboards and funnel reports to track campaign performance, pipeline metrics, and ROI.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B Demand Generation, ABM, Growth Marketing, or Marketing Operations.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Eloqua.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
  • Strong understanding of MQL/SQL funnel management and campaign optimisation.
  • Expertise in email marketing, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools and prompt creation for marketing use cases.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with dash boarding experience.
