Role summary:

Job Title: Associate Director - Influencer Marketing and Celeb Endorsement

Location: Bangalore

Total experience: 5-7 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Marketing

  • Lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns from strategy, talent mapping, and briefing to content execution and performance analysis.
  • Build influencer-first content strategies for brand campaigns across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create smart, concise influencer briefs that align with brand goals, platform nuances, and creative storytelling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, media, creative) and external partners (influencers, production, and content teams).
  • Use tools to manage influencer deliverables, content calendars, and campaign timelines.
  • Track and report performance: reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, sentiment, and overall ROI.

Celebrity Endorsements

  • Proactively identify and pitch relevant celebrity talent for brand campaigns based on strategic and creative alignment.
  • Define shortlisting parameters such as TG fit, past associations, image alignment, and media impact.
  • Own relationships with celebrity managers, talent reps, and client-side stakeholders.
  • Handle multiple stakeholders and moving parts: contracts, budgets, exclusivity terms, timelines, and campaign integration.
  • Lead execution of celebrity shoots, campaign rollouts, and digital-first activations.

Youll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Have experience across influencer marketing, creator partnerships, content strategy, or media (agency experience preferred- Media and Creative).
  • Are confident leading projects, managing client communication, and solving challenges in real-time.
  • Know what makes creators and celebrities connect authentically with audiences and how to turn that into content that clicks.
  • Are culturally curious and plugged into trends, internet culture, and the evolving creator economy.
  • Have worked across verticals like beauty, fashion, lifestyle, tech, or consumer brands.

  • A strong understanding of the social and influencer landscape in India.
  • A passion for culture-driven marketing and creator-led storytelling.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
  • Great people skills youll be working with clients, creators, celebrities, and internal teams daily.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with celebrity managers, talent agencies, and key client stakeholders to enable timely negotiations, exclusivity agreements, and collaborative alignment.
  • Manage complex multi-stakeholder environments, including legal, finance, creative, and production, to drive smooth contracting, budget approvals, and execution.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of high-impact celebrity campaigns from strategic planning and shoot execution to rollout across digital.
