Job Description
- Role Overview:
You will be working as part of a team to implement an organised approach to addressing and managing security requests, breaches, or cyberattacks. Your primary responsibilities will include performing response analytics during and after an incident, conducting log analysis, maintaining knowledge of cyber security tools and techniques, researching cyber threats, and investigating alerts and malware for evidence of compromise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform response analytics during and after an incident to determine root cause and proper mitigation of cyber security events
- Conduct log analysis using tools to determine the extent of a compromise
- Stay updated on current Advanced Persistent Threats and mitigation techniques
- Conduct research on cyber threats, campaigns, vulnerabilities, and technological advances in combating unauthorised access
- Investigate alerts, anomalies, errors, intrusions, and malware for evidence of compromise
Qualification Required:
- Must possess excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- High level of capabilities in research and data collation
- Excellent organization and time management skills

- Ability to handle multiple deadlines effectively, especially during high-pressure or stressful situations
- Good presentation skills, both verbal and written, for technical and non-technical information, with a strong eye for detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with peers
- Experience in producing security documentation and technical analysis reports
- Experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
