Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Manager of Software Engineering and IT. The selected candidate will lead the design and development of software solutions, manage and mentor engineering teams, and oversee complex engineering projects from inception to delivery. The role involves collaborating across teams to ensure the efficiency and scalability of distributed systems, as well as ensuring best practices in software engineering and IT. The Manager will also be responsible for setting project goals, tracking progress, and supporting the professional development of team members.

• Strong Team Leadership and mentoring abilities
• Expertise in Project Management, including setting goals, resource planning, and tracking progress
