Job Description
- As a Product Manager at Derevo, you will play a crucial role within the Creative Lab team, collaborating with Product Managers and UI/UX experts. If you are driven by curiosity and creativity, this is the perfect environment for you to thrive. Your primary mission will involve leading the Discovery process to design products for upcoming sprints, working closely with clients and a diverse team of specialists from Derevo. Your leadership and negotiation skills will be essential in guiding the team through this phase.
Empathy and a deep understanding of clients" problems, coupled with a grasp of technological challenges, will be key aspects of your role. Leveraging User Research techniques and methodologies like Design Thinking, you will work collaboratively to define the vision of the product, aiming to exceed client expectations with the best value proposition.
Your role will also encompass defining epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria to shape the initial backlog for the development team to take over. The trust you build with clients, users, and the development team will position you as a key player in future negotiations and advisory roles during project execution.
To excel in this role, you should align with Derevo's culture, embodying traits such as fluent English communication, adaptability, analytical mindset, teamwork skills, innovation-driven mindset, and a commitment to long-term relationships. Additionally, the ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, possess C1-level English proficiency, have 5 years of experience in Data Analytics and/or Software Development, and 2 years of experience in Product Management or Product Development.

Furthermore, skills in defining storytelling for analytics dashboards, knowledge of BI platforms like Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau, proficiency in data model design, understanding of Agile methodologies, and experience in leading multidisciplinary teams are essential. Confidence in leading meetings, negotiating with clients, and a passion for design are also critical for success in this role.
