Job Description
- The candidate for the position of Customer Quality Manager (CQM) will be responsible for providing exceptional service and acting as a technical advisor to Automotive OEM customers. The primary objective is to offer support for after-sales quality issues post SOP and to promptly address product quality concerns by collaborating with both internal and external teams. This role will involve providing on-site diagnostic assistance and resolving issues swiftly by relaying field information to cross-functional teams. The ideal applicant should possess a broad technical knowledge base and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction levels through continual enhancement of the company's product and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical advisor, offering timely support to Automotive customers and gathering field information to expedite analysis.
- Conduct on-site investigations to diagnose and identify issues, coordinating with teams until resolutions are achieved and cases are closed.
- Gather Voice of Customers feedback, from initial failures to field failures, driving initiatives for continuous improvement through failure analysis.
- Manage customer complaints by optimizing responses, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring effective and timely resolution of all complaints.
- Assist headquarters in managing emergency events, such as on-site audits of regional suppliers and confirmation of problem improvements.
- Utilize strong service accountability and interpersonal skills to build effective customer relationships and achieve high satisfaction levels.
- Develop service strategies and allocate resources to provide optimal support to customers.
- Supervise quality system enhancements including the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Oversee the quality of partner production lines by conducting production line audits and inspections to ensure compliance with customer quality requirements.
- Prepare for the introduction of new products, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), testing tools, and training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical/electronic engineering.
- Preferably 2 years of relevant work experience in the automobile industry.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform root cause analysis and develop effective corrective actions.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams at all levels.

- Proactive personality with the initiative to work independently.
- Willingness to travel domestically and overseas.
- Prior experience in the automotive product sector.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
