The Role

We're looking for a proactive Sales Representative who will be responsible for cold outreach to

potential customers who want to buy products from abroad. This role requires resilience, strong

communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

You will be the frontline ambassador of Desertcarteducating prospects about our services,

building relationships, and closing deals that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and target potential customers interested in cross-border shopping.
• Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate leads.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Present Desertcart's services clearly and persuasively to potential customers.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align outreach with business
• goals.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in cold outreach, telesales or business development.
• Strong track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus).
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with e-commerce, logistics, or international trade is highly desirable.
