Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Lead and assist in implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of NABH and JCI accreditation standards.
- Conduct internal audits, quality rounds, and compliance checks across all departments.
- Prepare, update, and maintain SOPs, policies, manuals, and quality documents.
- Manage incident reporting, corrective & preventive action (CAPA), and risk-management activities.
- Support clinical governance, patient safety initiatives, and quality improvement programs.
- Coordinate and train staff on accreditation standards, process improvements, and documentation practices.
- Track and analyze quality indicators, KPIs, patient feedback, and audit findings.
- Assist in external audits, surveillance assessments, and accreditation renewals.
- Ensure continuous adherence to hospital policies, clinical standards, and statutory requirements.

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with NABH & JCI accreditation processes (mandatory)
- Excellent understanding of healthcare quality standards, audits, and compliance
- Documentation & reporting proficiency
- Strong communication, training, and coordination skills
- Analytical skills and ability to manage quality data
- Problem-solving and process-improvement mindset
Preferred: MBA in Hospital & Healthcare Management / MHA / MPH
