Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Lead and assist in implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of NABH and JCI accreditation standards.
  • Conduct internal audits, quality rounds, and compliance checks across all departments.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain SOPs, policies, manuals, and quality documents.
  • Manage incident reporting, corrective & preventive action (CAPA), and risk-management activities.
  • Support clinical governance, patient safety initiatives, and quality improvement programs.
  • Coordinate and train staff on accreditation standards, process improvements, and documentation practices.
  • Track and analyze quality indicators, KPIs, patient feedback, and audit findings.
  • Assist in external audits, surveillance assessments, and accreditation renewals.
  • Ensure continuous adherence to hospital policies, clinical standards, and statutory requirements.

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with NABH & JCI accreditation processes (mandatory)
  • Excellent understanding of healthcare quality standards, audits, and compliance
  • Documentation & reporting proficiency
  • Strong communication, training, and coordination skills
  • Analytical skills and ability to manage quality data
  • Problem-solving and process-improvement mindset

Preferred: MBA in Hospital & Healthcare Management / MHA / MPH
