For this our Mumbai Metro Line 4 project we are seeking a
Project Accountant(Finance Manager)
Responsibilities:
- To maintain a documented system of Project accounting policies & procedures.
- Managing & overseeing the daily operations of Project accounting
- Monitoring & analyzing accounting data & produce financial reports or statements for the project.
- To ensure & establish proper project accounting methods, policies & principles.
- To maintain banking relations.
- Auditing of all accounts transaction like cash, bank, voucher, Work Orders, Purchase Orders & Payment Release Notes related to Project.
- Reconciliation of vendor’s accounts & scrutiny of ledgers.
- Coordination with Client, suppliers & contractors.
- Preparation of Monthly Sub-Contractor/Contractor bills
- Prepare Monthly client invoice, submission of client invoice, and payment followup
- Resolving any disputes related to invoice with client/vendors
- Monthly MIS like TDS, Service Tax register & various statements

Qualifications:
Minimum Experience – 10+ years
Education – Mandatory Degree in Finance or Accounts
Preferred - Experience in GC or Metro projects in a Similar role
