Project Manager - IT

About the Role:
- We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of strategic projects.
- You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
- The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, strategic thinker, and skilled at managing risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, Gantt charts, and work breakdown structures (WBS).
- Allocate and manage internal and external resources effectively.

- Establish project governance frameworks, including regular check-ins and steering meetings.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, design, product, and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication between stakeholders, ensuring clear expectations and transparency.
- Manage stakeholder communication through project updates, reports, and presentations.
- Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage project changes through structured change control processes.
- Track and resolve issues, blockers, and dependencies to ensure project continuity.
- Monitor project progress using KPIs, dashboards, and status reports.
- Maintain all documentation including requirements, schedules, risk logs, and post-project reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Drive teams to deliver on scope, timeline, and budget with a focus on customer satisfaction and business value.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of project management experience in IT, software, consulting, or relevant industries.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or Smartsheet.
- Excellent skills in scope management, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelors /master's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
