Finance Coordinator Accountant

Role Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Coordinator / Accountant to support our Finance team in managing day-to-day operations and driving accurate, timely financial reporting.

This full-time role is located in Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Finance team in managing daily accounting operations and month-end close
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports
• Support the Finance team in developing budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
• Assist with tax filings, audits, and regulatory compliance
• Maintain the companys accounting and expense management system
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and stronger internal controls
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data
• Keep financial trackers up to date
• Assist in business administration and office management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proven work experience as an Accountant (minimum 3+ years)
• At least 1 year accounting experience in UAE
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Xero, or similar)
• Tech-savvy with excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with learning new financial systems
• Advanced Excel skills
