 We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Coordinator / Accountant to support our Finance team in managing day-to-day operations and driving accurate, timely financial reporting. This full-time role is located in Dubai, UAE. Responsibilities:Support the Finance team in managing daily accounting operations and month-end closePrepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reportsSupport the Finance team in developing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysesAssist with tax filings, audits, and regulatory complianceMaintain the companys accounting and expense management systemIdentify opportunities for process improvements and stronger internal controlsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial dataKeep financial trackers up to dateAssist in business administration and office managementQualifications:Bachelor s degree in Accounting or FinanceProven work experience as an Accountant (minimum 3+ years)At least 1 year accounting experience in UAEStrong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirementsHands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Xero, or similar)Tech-savvy with excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with learning new financial systemsAdvanced Excel skillsExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and support multiple priorities under tight deadlinesStrong attention to detail Benefits:Salary: AED 5000Performance bonusesFlexible timings, with work from home benefitsPremium level medical insuranceEmployment VisaAnnual flight tickets
