Educational Counselor HR Executive

Experience: 02 years (Education & IT background preferred)

Core Responsibilities:

• Handle student queries and counseling sessions with professionalism and empathy.
• Initiate and manage communication with students and educational institutions via calls and emails.
• Conduct presentations at colleges and forge strategic collaborations with educational partners.
• Assist in basic HR functions including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.

Soft Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Confident in public speaking and adept in interpersonal interactions.
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
• Demonstrates empathy and strong listening skills.
• Capable of building and maintaining positive relationships.

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools for effective student management.
• Familiarity with educational platforms to support student engagement.
• Exposure to social media or email marketing strategies.
• Event coordination experience for organizing educational events.
