ServiceNow ITAM Developer

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HAM (Hardware Asset Management) and SAM (Software Asset Management) expert with strong portal development capabilities to design, implement, and optimize enterprise asset management solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in IT Asset Management processes, software licensing compliance, CMDB integrations, workflow automation, and modern employee/self-service portal development using ServiceNow technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support ServiceNow HAM and SAM solutions aligned with ITAM best practices and enterprise governance standards.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including HAM Pro, SAM Pro, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, and Asset Lifecycle Management.
• Develop and enhance custom portals, self-service experiences, dashboards, and workspace applications using Service Portal / Employee Center technologies.
• Build integrations with procurement, SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Active Directory, cloud platforms, and third-party asset discovery tools.
• Manage software normalization, reconciliation, compliance reporting, license optimization, and publisher-specific licensing models.
• Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, Flow Designer automations, and scripted APIs.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, procurement, security, and compliance teams to ensure accurate asset governance and audit readiness.
• 
  Create executive dashboards, KPI reports, utilization analytics, and operational insights for ITAM stakeholders.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions, estimations, demos, presales workshops, and customer advisory engagements.
• Ensure platform scalability, performance optimization, security controls, and adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.
