Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing professional to join our Social & Content team. The role will be responsible for conceptualizing and driving impactful social media campaigns to amplify brand reach, engagement, and visibility across all social handles. This role will play a pivotal part in driving key organizational initiatives such as DEE and Podcasts, while shaping compelling internal and external narratives. The candidate should have communication expertise, a flair for storytelling, and the ability to coach and elevate others to confidently represent the organization on various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Drive end-to-end execution of social and content initiatives, including DEE programs and Podcast series
• Conceptualize, plan, and deliver engaging content aligned with organizational branding and messaging
• Design and drive impactful social media campaigns to amplify brand reach and engagement across all social platforms
• Train and coach employees to become effective podcast hosts and presenters for organizational platforms
• Enhance employee engagement through creative storytelling and social campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in communication and messaging
• Continuously bring in innovative ideas to strengthen the organizations digital and social presence

Key Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to create impactful content and drive high-engagement social campaigns
• Experience in podcasting, hosting, or content production is highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and influence stakeholders
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
