Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution- Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to maximize reach, drive conversions, and deliver business impact for all brands managed.
- Customize channel strategies (SEO, SEM, social, email, influencer, content, performance marketing) based on business goals and audience insights.
- Campaign Management
- Manage the complete lifecycle of digital campaigns - from concept development, audience segmentation, ad placement, and creative integration to tracking and optimization.
- Oversee the development and approval of campaign assets, ensuring brand alignment, message consistency, and compliance with platform policies.
- Marketing Technology & Automation
- Evaluate, introduce, and integrate marketing automation tools (CRM, email automation, data analytics, etc.) to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Drive adoption of AI and ML-based tools for audience prediction, personalization, and campaign optimization.
Organisational Responsibilities
- Function Establishment & Integration
- Build the digital marketing vertical as a strategic business unit within AV7 Medias, serving both internal divisions and external clients.
- Develop service frameworks, pricing models, and delivery standards for all digital offerings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with client servicing and sales teams to translate business requirements into actionable digital solutions.
- Collaborate with internal brand teams to align digital initiatives with organizational goals and brand narratives.
- Business Planning & Strategic Growth
- Identify partnership opportunities with platforms, agencies, and technology vendors to enhance service offerings.
- Pilot innovation projects- e.g., AI-driven marketing, predictive analytics, personalization engines, and influencer mapping systems.
- Own the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the digital marketing vertical, including annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Track cost efficiency across campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI.
Revenue Generation
- Develop new revenue streams through retainer-based digital services, consulting engagements, and managed media solutions.
- Support internal group brands by optimizing in-house campaigns for lead generation and customer engagement, contributing to internal ROI.

- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor a team of digital specialists covering SEO, SEM, content, social media, analytics, and media planning.
- Build multi-skill capabilities across the team through targeted upskilling, certifications, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Performance Management
- Define clear KPIs for each team member aligned with business outcomes and client expectations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, feedback sessions, and skill gap analyses to drive continuous improvement.
- Talent Planning & Retention
- Collaborate with HR to plan workforce requirements, manage recruitment, and ensure succession readiness for key roles.
- Implement retention and engagement programs that promote a culture of ownership and creativity.
Competence
Qualification & Experience
- Masters / Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media Management, or a related field.
- 812 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within advertising or integrated marketing agencies.
- Hands-on expertise in media planning and buying, marketing automation, campaign analytics and performance measurement tools.
