• Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across multiple channels (paid ads, SEO, social media, etc.).
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like user registrations, conversions, cost of acquisition, and ROI.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to optimize landing pages and funnel conversions for maximum impact.
• Focus on data-driven, performance-oriented strategies to scale growth rapidly.

Hiring Roadmap:

• This role is often one of the first marketing hires after or alongside the CMO.
• Emphasis on executing high-impact, data-driven marketing strategies to drive product success.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of user acquisition, performance marketing, and data analytics.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, SEO platforms, etc.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
