About the Role

We are seeking a BDS graduate to join our corporate office team in an operations-focused role. This position bridges clinical expertise with operational management, working closely with the Zonal Head to ensure smooth clinic functioning across the zone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Zonal Head in managing clinic operations across the zone.
• Utilize dental knowledge to aid operational decisions.
• Manage clinic communications between teams.
• Assign Dental Assistants in the absence of others.
• Allocate Associate Dentists when required.
• Perform D-1 operational checks before scheduled procedures to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure day-to-day clinic operations run efficiently.

Requirements:

• BDS Graduate with 01 year of clinical experience (internship or full-time).
• Strong understanding of dental practices and workflows.
• Good communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
