Role: Business Development Manager (BDM)

???? Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years in digital marketing sales

???? Compensation: Fixed Salary + Attractive Commission Structure

• Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for digital marketing services.
• Build a qualified sales pipeline through cold calling, digital outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and networking.
• Pitch agency services to CXOs, marketing heads, and key decision-makers.
• Lead discovery calls, create tailored proposals, conduct demos, and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create winning pitches and pricing strategies.
• Report sales forecasts and performance to senior leadership regularly.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing agency sales (MUST).
• Strong network and outreach capabilities to generate qualified leads.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Sound understanding of SEO, paid ads, content marketing, social media, and analytics.
• Target-driven mindset with a growth-hacking approach.
