Job Description
- Regular court appearances before District Courts, JMFC, Family court.
- Handling cause lists, filing, mentioning, and follow-ups in court
- Drafting of pleadings including plaints, written statements, affidavits, applications, replies, rejoinders, appeals, etc.
- Conducting small arguments such as adjournments, interim applications, bail matters, and miscellaneous hearings
- Assisting senior advocate during arguments and trials
