Senior Legal Manager - Food Laws

Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced legal professional with strong expertise in Food Laws (FSSAI), Legal Metrology, and Consumer Protection Act. The role will manage end-to-end litigation and provide strategic legal advisory to business teams in the FMCG/Food sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle litigation under Food Laws, Legal Metrology, and Consumer Protection before Supreme Court, High Courts, and District Courts.
  
• Develop case strategies; coordinate with Advocates, AORs, Senior Counsels, and law firms.
  
• Review and advise on
  
  product labels, advertisements, and promotional schemes.
  
• Assess impact of new laws/amendments and advise business on compliance and risk mitigation.
  
• Prepare representations to FSSAI, Government authorities, and industry bodies at Central and State levels.
  
• Conduct legal risk assessment, audits, and ensure adherence to internal controls.
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• LL.B. (5-year integrated preferred) from a reputed institution.

  Get Hired

• Prior experience in FMCG/Food industry preferred.
