We are the captive Shared Service Provider for DHL Global Forwarding and DHL Freight (DGFF). We are an organization of more than 4,600 colleagues complemented by approximately 500 virtual FTE (i.e., bots appl ied in process automation). Our colleagues are based across six service delivery centers in Mumbai, Chennai, Chengdu, Manila, Bogota & Budapest. You will interact with people from all over the world and get the chance to a truly international organization.

In this role as a Specialist - Procure to Pay (P2P) Process, youll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service within the Finance - Procure to Pay (P2P) Service line, supporting our DGFF regions and countries globally. Youll be responsible for handling critical tasks such as reconciliation and reporting, document exception management, urgent payment processing, vendor reconciliation, and month-end close activities. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across these key areas of the procurement process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure thorough understanding of station/country documentation requirements and adhere to standard operating procedures.

• Meet department SLAs and Key Performance Indicators by adhering to agreed delivery guidelines.
• Maintain a high level of service quality by consistently delivering timely and accurate completion of services.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to identify solutions, share best practices, and explore opportunities for service improvement.
• Proactively identify and communicate operational challenges to immediate supervisor and relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate regular communication and information flow as per defined service standards.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Bachelors degree. A degree in logistics, industrial engineering, management will be an advantage / Undergraduate degree (Only GSC MNL & BOG)
• 2 - 5 years of job experience from BPO, Finance Shared services or logistics domain - Preferred
• Good knowledge in MS office
• Effective English communication skills, written and verbal / For BOG & CTU - Spanish & Mandarin language skills.
• Exposure to working with Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERPs) -
