You will undertake proactive maintenance and administration of Applications and operations tools in support of the delivery of the IT service. To improve system availability with proactive work to avoid outages and performance issues, with particular focus on MSI Packaging, M365 build and run support for all used by colleagues. This includes O/S (VDE, Windows 11 & Windows 365) databases (Oracle, Informix, MySQL, Sybase, MSSQL, Teradata), sFTP, Storage Area Network, Spoolers etc. The operations tools include Company Portal, Intune, Orchestration, ServiceNow, PowerBI and TOPAZ. Assessing, developing, and implementing the infrastructure and server builds. Supporting business critical applications running within the area of responsibility the team in ITS globally. Gathering, assessing, and communicating critical information on a timely basis, by interacting with a broad set of teams.

Maintaining and helping further development of appropriate cost models to reflect changes in technology and provide key input to the overall Charging Model.

Learning continuously, keeping up with all the quickly changing technologies and/or customer or ITS needs. Ensure that the applications and their support is undertaken based on the IT Operational standards, executed in line with the ITS Process and delivered within the requested timescales.

Must Have Skills:

• PowerShell Scripting for Automation and System Administration
• PSADT (PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit) for Packaging
• 
  MSI Packaging and Packaging Tools (AdminStudio, InstallShield)
• MSIX Package Creation and Deployment
• Application Troubleshooting (Packaging, Deployment, Compatibility Issues)
• Automated Software Deployment (SCCM, Intune)

As a Software Engineer having Scripting and Cloud certification is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of Service Owner responsibilities will also be an integral part of this role.

You are a technology aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of SCCM, Intune, Application packaging tools and M365 Apps (Office365) administration. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• 6+ years of experience in endpoint management tools - SCCMMECM and Intune.

  In-depth and extensive experience in the implementation and administration of endpoint configuration manager.
• Experience in Co-Management scenarios, managing clients with both MEM and Intune.
• Knowledge in Intune Application management and Windows update ring configurations.
• Strong knowledge in troubleshooting MECM components and performing Infra upgrades.
• Experience in writing SQL queries and automation scripts with PowerShell.
• Experience with Adaptiva or other content delivery technologies.
• Certification in MECM or Intune Administration is added advantage.

• Having a high exposure to ITIL standards, Incident management and release management.

• Excellent Oral and Communication skills to interact and work with global IT teams & end customers.
• Must be able to provide 24x7 On-Call support on a rotational basis during the weekend, be flexible to work during public holidays, and be required to work shift hours.
