The Sales Support Back Office Team plays a key role in ensuring the implementation of all contractual requirements for all DHL products for our customers across various sales channels (stationary sales, field sales, and key account management). We support our customer-facing units throughout the entire contract lifecycle – from contract creation in physical and digital form through to proper contract termination.
The comprehensive maintenance of customer master data (e.g. bank details, address data) across all relevant systems as well as enabling customers in our sales systems such as the Business Customer Portal, represents an important part of our core competencies.

Key Responsibilities:
As part of a dynamic back-office team, you support all sales-related processes across the entire DHL product portfolio. You work closely with the sales organization and internal departments to ensure that customer agreements are implemented accurately and efficiently.
You record and maintain the products, prices, discounts, as well as payment and billing terms agreed with customers in the relevant billing and sales systems, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
Another key focus of your role is the technical and administrative integration of new and existing business customers into DHL sales and transport systems. You ensure that all prerequisites are met so customers can smoothly initiate shipments and pickup processes.
In addition, you are responsible for maintaining, reviewing, and cleansing master data. You identify discrepancies, correct incorrect data, and actively contribute to smooth billing processes and accurate, transparent invoicing.
In day-to-day operations, you handle inquiries from sales, customer service, and internal departments, support the clarification of billing and system-related issues, and actively contribute to the continuous optimization of processes.
Education & experience:
- Minimum: Bachelors or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years working experience in the corporate office environment.
- 2+ years proficiency in common Microsoft-office applications.
- 1+ year user knowledge of SAP and CRM applications (Salesforce preferable).
- Experience in B2B commercial business processes (e.g. master data management, contract life cycle management) preferred.
