Job Description
- Support business customers with day-to-day operational and technical queries in a timely manner.
- Assist warehouse teams with operational and technical issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Coordinate with carriers for distribution-related issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Monitor the end-to-end fulfillment cycle from Inbound to Last Mile Delivery.
- Proactively highlight incidents or potential risks to management.
- Monitor inventory levels and update stakeholders regularly.
- Support warehouse stock-take activities and audits.
- Collaborate with customer supply chain teams, warehouse teams, and fulfillment management to improve service delivery.
- Prepare operational reports and run analysis for customers and management.
- Maintain proper documentation and manage claims processes.
- Support new customer implementations and testing of new features.
- Work closely with IT teams for system issues and enhancements.
- Identify technology gaps and suggest improvements in processes and systems.

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Fulfillment Operations or eCommerce.
- Hands-on experience with Vinculum (preferred).
- Experience in warehouse or fulfillment center backend support and customer service.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure for eCommerce platforms.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
