Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across target industries and markets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to support growth targets.
• Lead commercial discussions, proposals, tenders, presentations, and negotiations.
• Understand customer needs and work with internal teams to develop tailored logistics and supply chain solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Solutions Design, Operations, Finance, and other key functions.
• Support customer acquisition, account growth, and long-term strategic partnerships.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and provide accurate commercial updates and forecasts.
• Contribute to sustainable revenue growth and strengthen DHL Supply Chains market presence across APAC.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, Account Management, Commercial, or related roles.
• Experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Contract Logistics, Warehousing, E-commerce, or related industries is highly valued.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
• Demonstrated experience in building customer relationships and engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective commercial and supply chain solutions.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial, and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field would be advantageous.
