Job Description
- The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for various tasks related to front desk duties, administrative support, and travel desk responsibilities.
**Front Desk Duties:**
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Ensure security procedures are followed and monitor visitor access.
**Administrative Support:**
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate office supplies.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of stationery and office items.
- Assist with data entry and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as required.
**Travel Desk Responsibilities:**
- Manage domestic and international travel within the set budget.
- Plan travel according to policy and make amendments with proper approval.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Prepare and manage travel itineraries, ensuring accuracy and communication with travelers.
- Provide assistance and support to employees during travel.
- Stay updated on travel policies and regulations for compliance.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or related fields is a plus.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
