Job Description
- As a Senior React.js Web Developer at Diagnal, you will play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge web video streaming applications for browsers and TV, along with supporting metadata management platforms. Your responsibilities will include technical design, development, and integration of advanced video streaming consumer applications with various backend systems. You will be expected to deliver app solutions throughout the app lifecycle, from prototyping to building, testing, launching, and providing ongoing support.
Your role will involve building user-friendly web UI/UX interfaces with a focus on usability features, optimizing performance and stability, and ensuring non-functional aspects such as logging are well-maintained. It will be essential to stay updated on the latest industry trends and updates related to devices, operating systems, and IDEs to ensure the applications are up-to-date and aligned with industry standards.
To excel in this role, you should have experience working with ReactJS and possess a strong understanding of JavaScript web frameworks. Previous experience in developing video streaming or eCommerce applications and familiarity with creating custom UI controls, high-performing API integrations, advanced state management, cross-device support, or performance optimization will be advantageous. Knowledge of REST APIs, industry-standard SDK integrations, JIRA, Confluence, Agile methodologies, continuous integration, and test-driven development will also be beneficial.
