Job Description
- Role Overview:
As a Zoho Books Expert at our company in Mohali, Punjab, you will be responsible for managing accounting, bookkeeping, and financial operations efficiently through Zoho Books. Your primary focus will be configuring and optimizing Zoho Books to streamline financial management processes. Your attention to detail and solid understanding of accounting principles will be key to achieving success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Zoho Books.
- Set up, customize, and maintain Zoho Books based on company requirements.
- Generate financial reports such as P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and MIS.
- Automate workflows and integrate Zoho Books with other Zoho/third-party applications.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on Zoho Books usage.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Zoho support when needed.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience in Zoho Books.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Experience with GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards (if India-specific).
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and communicate effectively.
Please note that the company offers benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. You will be required to work full-time on a permanent basis in Mohali, Punjab. Additionally, reliable commute or planning to relocate to Mohali is essential for this role.
