Job Description
Qualification Required
- Bachelor or Master's degree in one of the following disciplines (Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Business Administration)
- Certification in Project Management(PMI) Mandatory.
- Foundation understanding of ITIL
- Project planning & scheduling (using tools like MS Project, JIRA)
- Strong understanding of IT processes, software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps, and cloud platforms.
- Experience in healthcare preferred.
- Should have worked on delivery of large application and technology projects.
- Lead the planning and execution of IT projects across various business units, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Develop and implement standardized project management methodologies, tools, and templates for consistent project delivery
- Coordinate project scoping, resource planning, scheduling, risk management, and budgeting to ensure project success

- Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all project stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and performance using metrics and tools, reporting updates to senior leadership
- Identify and mitigate project risks, managing issues and dependencies proactively to minimize project disruptions
- Establish and manage project governance processes, including regular project reviews and steering committee meetings
- Provide leadership and coaching to project managers, assisting in the development of their project management skills
- Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to track and manage project budgets and expenditures
- Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement in project management practices
