IT Risk & Compliance Manager

What role you will play in team: Lead and manage IT risk and compliance initiatives.

What you will do: Develop and implement IT security policies, conduct audits, and manage compliance with regulations.

Key responsibility:

• Developing and implementing IT security policies and procedures
• Conducting IT risk assessments and audits
• Managing compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., ISO 27001)
• Responding to security incidents
• 
  Collaborating with other departments to ensure IT security
• Maintaining IT security documentation

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in IT risk management and compliance
• Strong understanding of IT security principles
• Experience with IT audit methodologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Certifications such as CISSP or CISM are a plus
