Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Technology Integration:
- Evaluate, select, and implement marketing technologies such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and other relevant solutions.
- Integrate various marketing tools to create a cohesive and efficient marketing technology stack.
- Ensure smooth data flow and communication between different marketing systems.
- Data Management and Analytics:
- Oversee data collection, storage, and management processes to ensure accurate and reliable marketing data.
- Utilize analytics tools to derive insights from marketing data and provide actionable recommendations for optimizing campaigns and strategies.
- Automation and Workflow Optimization:
- Develop and implement automated marketing processes to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation within marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaboration with IT Teams:
- Work closely with IT professionals to ensure the integration and compatibility of marketing systems with existing infrastructure.
- Collaborate on security protocols, data privacy compliance, and other IT-related considerations.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to marketing teams on using various marketing technologies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing technology and share knowledge with relevant stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and technology solutions.
- Implement optimizations based on data-driven insights to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing technology implementation and integration.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and other relevant technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in marketing technology.’
- Experience with specific marketing technologies relevant to the industry (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Zapier, ChatGPT, Google Big Query, Facebook Developer Platform, Instapage etc.).
- Certification in relevant marketing technologies.
- Programming and scripting skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python) for customization and integration purposes.
