Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to enhance Sales and Service Cloud functionalities.
- Write, test, and deploy Apex code to create custom triggers, classes, and web services.
- Design and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) for dynamic user interfaces.
- Create and manage Salesforce Flows to automate complex business processes.
- Utilize Nintex (Drawloops) for document generation and workflow automation.
- Implement web service integrations (REST, SOAP) to connect Salesforce with external systems.
- Customize user interfaces using HTML and CSS for a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II certifications (preferred).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

- Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurations.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
- Experience with Nintex (Drawloops) or similar document generation tools.

- Familiarity with HTML and CSS for UI customization.
