Principal Product Engineer - Frontend( AI-Integrated Health Tech)

Were looking for a Product Engineering Leader who can architect, scale, and innovate user-facing platforms across mobile and web. Youll lead the frontend charter across member and provider experiences, integrating intelligent features powered by AI and delivering seamless, data-driven user journeys.

• Architect, build, and scale responsive and intelligent mobile (React Native) and web (React.js/Next.js) applications.
• Collaborate with product and AI teams to design interfaces that are powered by LLMs, predictive models, and context-aware assistants.
• Ensure world-class performance, code quality, security, and accessibility.

• Lead a team of frontend engineers mentoring, code reviewing, and setting technical direction.
• Define the future of Digbis digital experience, from onboarding flows to health dashboards.
• Embed experimentation, analytics, and personalization into UI/UX frameworks.
• Build integrations for conversational interfaces, dynamic content rendering, and real-time health insights.

• 7+ years in frontend development with 3+ in a leadership role.
• Deep experience with React, React Native, TypeScript, GraphQL/REST, and micro-frontends.
• Familiarity with modern build systems (Vite, Webpack), testing (Jest, Cypress), and CI/CD flows.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs, prompt chains, and AI-powered UX elements (e.g., autocomplete, chat UIs).
• Prior exposure to healthcare UX or regulated digital products is a plus.

• Ability to translate business needs into scalable frontend architecture.
