Role Description
The Strategic Alliances Manager is a full-time role based on-site in Noida. This position involves forging and managing strategic partnerships, identifying business opportunities, and developing alliances to drive DigiCredits growth. Key responsibilities include building & identifying the new partnership for lead sourcing and maintaining business relationships, creating business strategies.
- Identify and onboard new lead generation partners (DSAs, affiliates, digital marketers, loan aggregators).
- Develop & Execute end-to-end onboarding of new vendors/partners.
- Drive MoM growth in lead volume and quality aligned with disbursement targets.
- Ensure optimal CAC through channel performance monitoring.
- Track partner-wise funnel metrics (Lead ? Approval ? Disbursement).

- 37 years of experience in Fintech/NBFC partnerships or channel sales.
- Knowledge of loan products (Payday, EMI, Personal Loan)
- Data-driven approach with analytical mindset.
