Shift Timing: 12:30 AM – 02:30 AM

Salary : Up to 32,000 (In-hand)

Communication : Excellent English communication skills are mandatory

Qualification : Graduate Freshers OR

Graduates with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

Background Preference :

SkyQ: Candidates from Technical Background preferred

Sky German: Candidates from Non-Technical Background preferred

Additional Requirements :

Immediate Joiners Preferred (or candidates with notice period less than 1 week)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information on products/services to customers through effective communication skills.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
  

Desired Candidate Profile
0-5 years of experience in BPO industry with expertise in CSR (Customer Service), Customer Care, Customer Handling, Customer Relationship management.

• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization(See above)
• Strong knowledge of Voice Process, Solving Queries, Customer Management, Complaint Handling, Customer Complaints, Customer Service Management, Customer Satisfaction Index.
