CSR International Process (Voice Process)

Educational Qualification - Graduation - Freshers Welcome ( Good English is must)

Experience Required - International BPO Preferred

Work Location - Noida

Work From Office - In office Mode

Following are the requisite conditions for applying to the said job:

1. 12th pass + 6 months experience in BPO or Fresh Graduates in any stream

2. Five (5) days working in a week

3. Good communication skills

4. Night shift* working hours

5. Cab will be provided

6. CTC - For 12th + experience is 3 LPA + incentive (After Training)

7. CTC For Fresh Graduates is 3 LPA to 4.90 LPA + incentive (After Training)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information on products/services to customers through effective communication skills.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in BPO industry with expertise in CSR (Customer Service), Customer Care, Customer Handling, Customer Relationship management.
• Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization
• Strong knowledge of Voice Process, Solving Queries, Customer Management, Complaint Handling, Customer Complaints, Customer Service Management, Customer Satisfaction Index.
