About The Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Sourcing CVs from various resume portals, social media, etc.


• Assist the candidates throughout their interviewing process with our clients


• Manage the applicants, connecting on call, clarifying their doubts related to the role


• Handle follow-ups


• Evaluate candidate skills and key responsibility areas


• Maintain candidate database and generate reports time to time


• Strategize with the team on enhancing the recruitment experience and processes


• Interact with clients to help with scheduling and coordination of interviews


• 
  Update information related to the hiring workflow on a daily basis


• Create internal process documentation
