HR Recruiter - Healthcare

What role you will play in team: You will focus on recruiting talent specifically for our healthcare-focused digital marketing team.

What you will do: You'll source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the onboarding process for healthcare marketing professionals.

Key responsibility:

• Sourcing and screening candidates for healthcare digital marketing roles.
• Conducting phone screens and in-person interviews.
• Managing the candidate pipeline in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• 
  Coordinating the offer process and onboarding new hires.
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on the healthcare industry (preferred).
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
