Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a DLP Engineer located in Bengaluru. The DLP Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing Data Loss Prevention solutions, monitoring and enforcing data security policies, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate data security risks.

Experience

?Designed, deployed, and managed enterprise DLP solutions, specifically Digital Guardian.

?Configured and maintained Digital Guardian policies to protect sensitive data across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments.

?Investigated and responded to DLP incidents, minimizing damage and preventing future incidents.

?Integrated Digital Guardian with other security tools and platforms.

?Provided technical support and training to end-users and security teams on DLP best practices.

?Developed and maintained documentation related to DLP policies and procedures.

?Worked with cloud based DLP solutions.

Worked with vendors to solve complex issues

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technologies
• Experience with risk assessments and data security policies
• Knowledge of Cyber Security best practices
• Experience with security incident response and threat intelligence
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CDPSE, Digital Guardian certifications.
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
