Role Description
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a figure it out mentality to join our fast-moving growth and revenue division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance marketing and team management, particularly within the D2C sector.
Qualifications

• 
  Experience of 2-3+ years in growth, performance marketing preferably within the D2C sector & high quality lead generation
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns with deliverable ROAS.
• Ability to lead and manage a team, while collaborating cross-functionally with other departments.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and strategies to both internal teams and external clients.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
