Job Opportunities:
We are looking to hire talented individuals for our AI Strategy and Automation Team.
Roles and Responsibilities:

• AI Consulting Lead (Experienced Professionals)
  

Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team to drive company-wide AI transformation.
• Work across departments to identify AI use-cases and define the transformation roadmap.
• Deliver end-to-end AI/automation projects and drive adoption across functions.
• Recommend and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with AI development teams to prioritise and execute changes.
  

Background:

• 3–5 years of consulting experience (insurance preferred but not mandatory).
• MBA + B.Tech (CS/IT) from Tier 1 institutes.
  
  

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, APIs, and automation concepts.
• Passion for AI and data-driven problem solving.
• Ability to break down complex business problems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• AI Consultants (Primarily M.Tech students /or freshers with a CS + MBA Background)
  

Responsibilities:

• Understand end-to-end business processes and create process maps.
• Define job roles and build AI transformation plans.
• Collect and document business requirements.
• Work closely with AI development teams to execute changes.
  

Background:

• M.Tech (freshers or with 1–2 years of pre-M.Tech experience) / CS + MBA)
  

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, APIs, and automation concepts.
• Passion for AI, data, and building practical solutions.
• Ability to simplify and structure complex problems.
• Strong communication skills.
