Job Description
What role you will play in team: You'll assist senior adjusters in investigating and processing insurance claims.
What you will do: You'll conduct preliminary investigations into claims, gather information and documentation.
Key responsibility:
- Assisting in the investigation of insurance claims
- Gathering information and documentation from claimants and witnesses
- Preparing preliminary reports on claims
- Communicating with claimants and other stakeholders
- Supporting senior adjusters in the claims process
Required Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
