Lead - Partner Communications

Function: Strategic Partnerships

About the role: 
Own partner communications: design and deliver segmented, highimpact communication across App / Portal / Email / WhatsApp to enhance engagement and business conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Build the 12month communications calendar with themes, cadences, and KPIs.
• Segment partners by
  
  LoB, size, potential, loyalty and tailor journeys/messages accordingly.
• Design, write, and produce content (copy, creatives, microvideos, explainers, templates) for omnichannel delivery.
• Set up targeted campaigns (nudges, announcements, education, product/offer positioning), and track performance.
• Maintain message hygiene (accuracy, clarity, compliance) and ensure process discipline across channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Ops, Productand Compliance to align content with partner priorities and business goals.
• Establish measurement & reporting (open/click rates, engagement depth, conversion lift) and run A/B tests to optimize.

Preferred profile:

• Strong background in Marketing/Communications
• Demonstrated experience in audience segmentation and campaign orchestration across digital channels.
• Handson content creation and design; familiarity with marketing automation/CRM tools is a plus.
• Datadriven, outcomeoriented; comfortable owning metrics and iterating quickly.
• Open to nonindustry candidates with relevant communications excellence from consumer/tech/startup sector
