Motor Insurance Claims Handler

What role you will play in team: You will manage the end-to-end claims process for motor insurance policies, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

What you will do: Investigate and assess motor vehicle accident claims, communicate with customers and repair shops.

Key responsibility:

• Investigate and verify claims information
• Assess the extent of damage and liability
• Coordinate with repair shops and adjusters
• Settle claims within established guidelines

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience in motor insurance claims preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of motor insurance regulations
• Ability to handle high-volume workload
• Proficiency in claims management software
