Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance health insurance products tailored to market needs and customer preferences.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for new product features.
- Lead actuarial pricing for assigned products, determining premium rates based on risk and financial projections.
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and collaborate with regulatory teams for approvals.
- Analyze product performance and recommend modifications or discontinuations.
- Assess profitability through actuarial modeling and implement pricing adjustments.
- Evaluate risk exposure and recommend mitigation strategies in collaboration with underwriting.
- Support product launches with cross-functional teams including marketing and distribution.
- Utilize actuarial tools for claims and expense projections; perform sensitivity analyses.
- Monitor post-launch performance and adjust pricing based on KPIs.
- Customize offerings for target customer segments in collaboration with marketing.
